Q: Is the performance of materials guaranteed?

A: The performance of materials is dependent on many factors other than the quality of the materials, therefore PEM components cannot guarantee performance. PEM components can, at additional costs, provide a performance test of a material batch. Contact us for details and quotation

Q: I have ordered a test cell, how will it be delivered?

A: The test cells will be delivered dismantled. This is done to prevent damage during transport and to allow the user to become familiar with the test cell and its design. The provided instruction manual ensures a clear description on how to assemble. Still struggling on how to assemble, we have a video online going through the assembly step by step. Q: I need to make an MEA out of my catalyst material, where do I start?

A: Literature has several descriptions on how to apply catalyst onto a substrate to create an MEA. If however materials or equipment aren’t available, PEM components could help out. Our possibilities are described in the service section of our website LINK

A: PEM components is an affiliation of Proton Technologies BV. Proton Technologies is 100% owned by Proton Holding BV, which does not have a stake or interest in other competing companies.
